John Evans
John is our Officer in Effective Control for Victoria and Licensee in Charge for NSW. He began his working life as an Accountant, and holds a B.Com (Hons) degree and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, Australian Society of CPAs, and Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Following a period working for one of the Big Four accounting firms, John then held a series of positions in Finance and General Management over a 15 year period, across a wide range of industries including telecommunications, banking and insurance, superannuation and funds management, media, hospitality, and property development.
In 2005, John started Rinnovate Business Advisers, which has since developed a range of clients from small-medium enterprises up to listed public companies. John's approach to advising businesses balances the need for practical, achievable solutions with the need to always keep in sight the overall strategic objective. John is also a director of two listed companies, various private companies and two not-for-profit organisations.
John's experience in Business Broking dates back a number of years, and ranges from the sale of small single-operator businesses right through to merger and due diligence activity on large company groups.
Veronica Doxey
Veronica’s professional career began with the ANZ Bank for a period of 25 years. During that time she worked throughout regional Victoria. Following her successful career in the finance industry she proceeded to work for the Macquarie Media Group in direct sales and marketing.
Veronica has had 20 years experience of operating her own Bed and Breakfast business. She has developed a comprehensive network of professional contacts through both her social and employment pursuits.
Bernard O'Dea
Bernie has worked in the real estate industry throughout his career. Included in this was a period working with stock and station agencies in Victoria and the Riverina for 22 years. He holds both NSW and Victorian real estate licences.
Bernie operated a family run business in Gympie for 6 years prior to returning to Victoria and continuing in the stock and station agency and real estate businesses in the Goulburn Valley.
Bernie is an active member of Rotary in Euroa and has many contacts throughout regional Victoria and NSW.
Audrey Smith
Audrey has 20 years experience in a wide variety of roles in the Hospitality, Commercial Property and Business Advice industries, both here and in the United Kingdom. She supports John and Veronica with research, presentation and document management as well as providing technical solutions.
Joanne Robinson
Joanne has had 7 years experience in various fields as an Administrative Assistant. She moved to the Goulburn Murray Region in 2010 and joined Rinnovate shortly after. Her role at Rinnovate is to assist John and Veronica in all aspects of administration.
